I do not wanna bash thus I wanted to ask first. Has anyone had any problems recently contacting Pheromone treasures?
It has been practically two weeks since they received a product back (all I am asking is a simple scent exchange, not even a refund). In those two weeks I have gotten only one email back asking for tracking number and saying yes they can exchange just pay for shipping.
Since then I have not received any contact back nor any instructions how to pay for shipping.

Things I tried :
1. 2 emails to PT, one with tracking, one stating that if paying just for shipping is difficult they could refund and I would just reorder.
2. Phone, left a voicemail
3. Getting desperate and messaged John? In a pm on here.

No responses. I will wait until Monday and then probably just try and open a dispute on PayPal.

I understand personal matters do happen even while running a business, but 2 weeks should be enough to resolve any issues.
Have you checked your spam email? They usually take a few days to ship something to me but if I was in your shoes, 2 weeks of having my product which I paid for and minimal contact is unacceptable.

Yessss sir I have. I am a bit frustrated but am trying to be understanding. After trying to contact through various sources through the frustration grows
I was thinking about trying some other products from them but with customer service like this they might end up losing a customer. Hopefully this is just a misunderstanding
Just to give a quick update regarding this situation.

John has finally contacted me, apologized for customer service not being on par with what he usually offers as he was out of town last couple of weeks.

As an apology he updated my 10 ml exchange bottle to a 30 ml and offered free shipping. Really cannot complain with an apology like that.
Thank you for letting us know that this worked out OK, Kocik, and I'm glad that John got everything straightened out.

I second this. Thanks Kocik. And much respect for updating this. Cos many other members put the story and never return.

I was a bit confused meself, cos usually Jhon's customer service is awsome. But him being away for 2 weeks explains it.

yeah, pheromone treasures is slow to respond to emails, if ever. however, his shipping is just the opposite - it's lightening fast. Overall, i'm very happy with the company.
I have very bad experience with PT!
Delivery was 49 days for Captain Oil and sample of GOA!
Tracking number was not traceable outside US, so I had to go to the post office few time just to check if shipping arrived!
I didn't like the product and few times tried to contact the support with return questions, but never received replay.
I send the product to the address from their website but there is no person at that address to accept it!
After contacting again the support, John told me that will go to the office in 2 days and will send the refund!
14 day later no replay and no refund!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Whoa, he's pretty reputable around this forum. I'd try calling before you bash him in the open like that. I'm sure he's eager to make you happy and there's just some sort of hang up somewhere.

I know we, as customers with a pretty premium taste, expect the world. But most of these guys are chemists first and this may even be a second job for most.

At the very least, keep us informed in the coming days.
