Tongkat Ali with Fadogia Agrestis. Potent combo. This is the best I've tried:
https://www.amazon.com/Fadogia-Agrestis-...91139?th=1
Honorable mention to some of these other herbs that do also work:
suma root, Tribulus, ashwagandha, muira puama, maca root
It also depends on your overall health. Cutting down on processed foods, sugars, going to the gym and maintaining a healthy level of body fat, drinking enough water, getting enough sleep. It wouldn't hurt to throw a good B vitamin in there.

It is common to have a low vitamin D in your blood during winter. If you are low on vitamin D, it will 100% impact your testosterone level!!
I recommend checking your vitamin D level and starting to supplement it before going to other exotic supplements.
I take vitamin D and ZMA to support an optimal level of testosterone.

Besides the supplements: what kind of workout do you do? As much as I know, endurance training has the tendency to lower T levels, while weight or resistance training rather increase it. 4 times a week is also every other day, depending on the intensity of the workout there is at least a risk of overtraining, which again can lower T levels. Idk how well adjusted you workout regiment is, maybe counceling with a trainer might helpful.
With low T - as with all sex hormones - foods can be your friend or for. I hope you are not a vegan? Selenium is needed, e.g. from Brazil nuts.
Exess body fat - unlikely with 4x per week workout - is harmful for T via the transformation of testosterone to estrogen (aka aromatization) by the enzyme Aromatase which is in men mainly made by the adipose.
I also hope you don't take any statin for blood cholesterol, cholesterol is the precursor for all the sex hormones.
However, everything you need to know about T in a 2 hour podcast by the great Andrew Huberman:
The Science of How to Optimize Testosterone & Estrogen | Huberman Lab Podcast #15: https://youtu.be/qJXKhu5UZwk
And if you are just listening to Huberman, try these additional 2 hours of information as well:
