at the moment i still eating some brown rice veggies and some protean and some a protean shake in morning before my workout. but that will probably change after i start lifting more weight then cardio

I've been looking into hunger and weight loss. I wonder if micronutrient density has something to do with why some experience extreme hunger as their weight declines and others do not.
