i been thinking to my self but not but alot of thought into it if you wear pheromone sweat more and raise your body heat rise do that make your mone defuse faster or just wear off faster say. a pheromone that suppose to take a hour to hit will that be cut in half or still the same

When exercising, the body enhances blood flow to the skin and elevates skin temperature, thus increasing diffusion and reducing pheromone longevity. The rate varying by the type, whether oil, gel, silicon, or alcohol.

Note that heightened body temperatures may also trigger greater sweat production, potentially affecting pheromones and altering their efficacy; certain molecules may be more susceptible to sweat-induced modifications than others.

Now reading this post https://pherotruth.com/Thread-Pheromones...emperature

For every 10 degrees Fahrenheit drop in temperature from 70 degrees Fahrenheit (ambient temperature) apply 10% more pheromones, as a rule of thumb, to match diffusion efficiency on clothes.

On skin, every 10 degrees Fahrenheit drop in temperature from 70 degrees Fahrenheit (ambient temperature) apply 5% more pheromones, as a rule of thumb, to match diffusion efficiency at ideal ambient temperature.

From the equations I worked out many years ago, this will calibrate pheromone diffusion versus temperature.

Upon reflection, the idea occurred to me that one could potentially apply mones to their gym clothes, which could be less impacted by their body heat during a workout.
