No, actually GoA works really well. I'm frankly surprised ETFZ works at all, seeing as it's supposed to increase sexual tension. My wife doesn't do well with anything sexual - at all.

Assuming her DHEAS & free testosterone levels are in the ideal range then I guess it falls on your shoulders to be sexual, with or without the help of toys or herbal supplements [choose with care].

I absolutely think she has a hormonal imbalance. Whether it's been the different birth controls, or whatever - I've asked her to talk to her OB about her complete lack of a libido. She doesn't think it's a big deal, but I definitely do. She's still breastfeeding, btw, so herbals are out the window.

You need to find an Alternative Medical Practitioner who specializes in Gynecology. Preferably with the addition of a medical degree so your wife will be comfortable with his opinions. They are not cheap but worth it. That's who we use.

This is also close to my own area of expertise. Not much will happen until breastfeeding, especially at night, is curtailed. In the meantime focus on giving expert foot and body massages.
