When ever I use and alpha mix my FWB tells me she can feel some distance from me. Why is that so?

On the other hand when I use an alpha mix she expects me to keep contacting her and validating her.

Could someone explain what's happening here.

That's interesting I had a similar situation recently when combining BW with A1, the girls also felt distanced for me and repeated words like "you're different somehow from before", but still after meetups would text and invest her time, we also have something like a fwb but closer to open relationship rather.

If you've used other mones with her and suddenly you change them it might be that it just looks weird for her and she's just as confused as you are not (that's what I believe is in my case). However if you always used this mix and suddenly it's like this than I guess it could be like the AV effect, that you're just too out of reach for her and she just doesn't feel comfortable to close in, so she distance.

It's the same alpha mix which I used to get her and fuck her.
Now this same mix is making her ask why I'm so distant.
Could it be that the continuous use of that mix is making me seem out of reach for her?

I doubt, she should've gotten used to it. Generally, the more I use an alpha blend the more I get used to it and I don't get self effects, I haven't felt selfies from BW for ex for months. I'd assume it would work similar but your case describes the opposite.

There's also a theory that her own hormones might have weakened hence her exaggerated reaction to the pheromones,but take that idea with a grain of salt. I knew two girls who started using hormone pills and I did notice different reactions to the same doses of pheromones

For example I used AV on one girl (8 drops ) and all was were, we haven't seen each other for 3 months and she started taking pills, not sure which ones and well, without AV I had the same level of interaction and closeness but with it it was a bit colder, like moody, still the girls likes me but like not in the mood, 4 drops also didn't work, same moody, 2 drops worked, same as 8 drops before, but like that's a theory, people change we also do. It could be that your own body changed (you'd need to verify with different girls)

She mentioned stuff previously to me that I'm too alpha and I show no emotions etc.
She also said I am very masculine and she finds it very hard to understand me.

Is your behaviour as she says? Is the mix making you act as “uncaring “? Women pick up on the slightest signs, which might or might not be directly related to your mone sig.

Whether or not we notice it, pheromones can alter our self-perception, which leads to variances in our personality to the outside observer.
When meeting somebody new, this doesn't matter as their image of us will form under the assumption that how we're acting is how we are. With this woman, she has already made up her mind about how you make her feel (<--look over those last words very carefully, therein lies the secret). With different pheromones, several abstract and subtle (to not-so-subtle) things are different from her expectations. You may not feel different, or think that you're acting any different, but she senses the difference.

You see when I use alpha mixes my status and self esteem raises drastically. It feels like I'm too good for her in some form.
This all happens subconsciously which cause me to act consciously very different.

I haven't done something to my knowledge to make her pass those statements.
