Sorry for late reply, I don't really check the PT forums as much as I used to.

When I first started using Xist I thought it was pretty good. I had some contact from coworkers and such. I remember it making me feel a bit sleepy after wearing it for hours. Likely a crash and was part the reason I stopped wearing it.
My journal on the XS forums details a bit more on my Xist uses. Sorry I can't recall much at the moment.

I'm getting to like the oils especially for these winter months, but I'm still a spray guy.

I aggree with you on Xist, and I realized it very recently.Still not many tests but it's consistent and very nice formula.I would rebuy for sure.

Also what is the difference between oil and spray for Xist?I'm oil guy too and I'm thinking of buying the oil version.

Hi there! I like sprays, but but app placement is challenging during the winter months here in NYC, when bundling up. With the oils, I can have a more precise placement.

Overdose helps me with my anxiety and corpo helps me on the job a lot. I focus more with overdose and ascend on especially when I wear them at the same time

On the topic of oils and sprays, I value oils greatly in Winter because my neck skin is very dry because of how often I wear cologne/mones. I get a rash very easily from alcohol applications, so oils help me a lot more in this regard not drying out my skin as harshly.
