I got an email from Cloud flare saying there was a large scale DDOS attack on DYNDNS service today. If PayPal uses their DNS service that's the reason

Yeah, I Google it and try to go to the home page and it claims there's an error.
Also happens when I try to put something in my cart from Apex.

Some things to try. Paypal is very likely, MOST likely to not go down.

Quick and fast troubleshooting.....
1. Close your browser down. Try again, this time to the site directly.
2. Try a different browser. Like Firefox, Chrome or whatever. You can clear your browser cache. Google the steps for your browser type.
3. Reboot your device or machine.
4. If 1-3 fails, try a different device or machine.

Obviously, you have internet, but some other things could be going on regarding what your computer/device is caching.

Try those options out first. They sound basic. Most problems are basic. It is extremely and unbelievably rare for a site like Paypal to go down unplanned.

There was a massive DDoS attack today. Many major sites went down today such as Twitter, PayPal, Reddit, Netflix, Ebay, Amazon, and many more.

I guess my local carrier routes me to a DNS provider that was not affected. I guess some that are tech savvy can force use another provider on their device or try a cellphone carrier connection. -Something I would have tried. Mobile devices will use a different DNS from your laptops or desktop.

I saw p86 available at AD and even though they are lagging bad, I placed an order for it.
I have read and read here. Enough to know I want to try it. With the way the show seems to run over there I figured I better get it while the gettin's good.
I had to get these, at least once.
