Ordered the sampler pack and requested a substitution, got a response within 30 minutes of placing the order, working out the details. Thanks for the love.

Seconded on the level of customer service from LPMP in general and Kimi in specific.

They were out of Merlin's Blend scent and Kimi emailed me to not only let me know, but with several alternative suggestions. Given the timing of my order, I'd imagine that LPMP is gearing up for Samhain right about now, so being treated so well is exceptional.
