Ah, good point. I do love Tempeh which is fermented so maybe I shouldn't avoid it altogether for health reasons.

I've always eaten soy products growing up, and especially after going on a plant-based diet in the last few years, soy has become a primary source of protein for me. I've never experienced problems with it and I love tofu & edamame. Honestly, I don't think you need to avoid it altogether, especially since soy products are rooted so heavily in some cultures (and they've never had a problem with it), but if you're skeptical, then avoid it.SPAM LINK REMOVED
