My experience is that they are very fast with the orders and even send samples, if you ask them for it. But never reply to e-mails.

Wrote three e-mails to two different e-mail addresses, nearly five weeks ago. Still no answer and not expecting one to be honest. I was really happy with AD, but I do not know what to think of them anymore. It is rude not to reply to e-mails.

Bought 90% of my mones here. Very disappointed in them at the moment.

I believe that AM NOS is a limited addition back in 2012. So might be the reason why he's not responding to your Email as he sold out.

Can't say that my experience has anything like "fast fulfillment" and customer service has been non-existent. If they really are waiting on caps for their bottles per the email I quoted above, I would expect my order to ship out today. If it does not, this whole situation will have left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth.

This is infact a bit weird.

To help both you's AND alphaD's, I sent'em an email saying that there's a few members who're needing help thru emails. I do that to other vendors I like too.

But yeah, they didn't get back to me yet either. I thought it'll help. Oh well. Smile At least I tried. Smile

A week later, the order is stuck "In Process." My credit card was charged and has shown up on my bill already since ordering.

So, an order placed the 29th of November and which has been in and out of "In Process" since then finally got listed as "Shipped" last night, the 19th of December. No tracking number provided. It's USPS Priority Mail. The damn tracking number is free with priority mail. I'm pretty upset. If this doesn't come in on Saturday, I'm going to chargeback, because this is absolutely ridiculous.
