I used to wear for self-effects, but I no longer do so. However, that doesn't mean I don't feel some self-effects now and then. I just spray thinking about affecting others, more than I do about affecting myself.
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma... which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."

I still get self-effects, but mostly in the form of expanded confidence.
Particularly from TAL and copulins, I end up feeling invincible and desirable.

When I first started using the stronger good quality Pheromones I did get many self effects. I still do to a certain extent but its not as prominent now as it was then.
It seems to depend on my state of mind at the time. If I am in a generally pleasant mood something like Instant Shine or TAA will enhance that self effect for myself. If I am upset or in a bad mood it wont and I end up feeling out of sorts. It wont change how I feel just enhance how I feel.

I always get self effects unless
a) I'm taking cortisone
b) have a head cold
c) I'm upset or anxious
Those are the only things that have ever blocked the self effects I'm looking for.

Yep me to for B and C. I am not sure about A because I never took it but other meds like antibiotics seem to effect my self effects. Could just be that I am sick when I am taking them though so I just dont feel the self effects.
Are your self effects still as strong as when you first started using pheromones ?

Yes.
Although I need to mention that self effects and the intensity of self effects seems to be pretty tightly tied to my cycle. Some stuff just doesn't work when I'm on my period, but works the most effectively at mid month, and that includes copulins.
