Recently, I placed two separate orders with True Pheromones. One on 01 Dec 11, and another on 07 Dec 11.

Both of them shipped on 09 Dec 11 (today). So, it appears that perhaps they're getting a handle on the backlog of orders.

As long as the product is full-strength, and of good quality (from a manufacturing standpoint), I won't quibble over a two week wait.

However, (if Nikki from True Pheromones is reading this) a short thank-you-page note, or email confirmation note addition, mentioning "an anticipated delay in shipping due to recent order volume," would probably not be the worst idea in the world (and very easy to configure). I got such a note yesterday when I ordered a bottle of Ares for men from Love Potion. Now, I am prepared for a two week delay.

They shipped 3 orders seperate for you? I ordered 1 big order and didn't split it into smaller orders as I didn't want to take advantage of them anymore.

And they slapped a $90 extra shipping charge on me saying that my order was a big one and courier was needed also to protect them from fraud.

$9.90 is chump change compared to that.

De Ja Vu who stays in the same country didn't need to pay any shipping at all.

To top it off, I let them know that I could have split my orders into smaller packages

And Demetra told me that - "All orders will be consolidated even if placed seperately, none will ship seperately"

All orders consolidated? And now I'm reading that someone (kmac) else actually had his orders broken down and they shipped seperately

Ok, now I'm pissed. I've been trying to be nice but the gloves are off.

Granted, the products are cheap, I'm willing to wait, but when slapped with extra charges all of a sudden and customer service promises to get back to me but there's no word for more than a week and I keep on finding things contrary to what they've been telling me?

Upon closer inspection of the orders, they consolidated three orders under one tracking number (something I didn't see until later). The first order that went out and was returned (incorrect address) was separate from the last two orders (this is a speculation as I never knew what was in that order).

wow I am feeling luckier than ever to have gotten mine in 5 days and then the bottle that they left out they shipped that day after I called them about it. I would be getting pretty antsy if I were you guys too.

My personal opinion ...

they offered free shipping with every order ... if i'm right

they said there will be a body spray in every order !

they gave 50% discount on all orders ..

i'm not surprised that they did not put a body spray in each package ... this has nothing to do with how high each order was ...

but considering that somebody could have made 10 orders to receive 10 body sprays for free ...

o.k. they offered it .. but i understand that they did put multiple orders together
