Do you think they were right to want to charge me for shipping in this case?

My problem with the Black Friday sale is not the speed of delivery. It's the communication; each time I called I was always told that all three orders would go out that night and tracking number would be emailed. A simple emailing of a tracking number would have saved then time and money on the first order send.
I have a lawn service and my biggest customer is a realtor (I do his Office building and 7 houses
$ 0000.00). When he calls everything stops, He is never wrong, and my word is my bond.

P.S. Just ordered some Beta Androstadienol from Chris (10mg/10ml), I wonder which order will get here first?

Are you an occupywallstreet protestor uni? You paid $12.50 for crissakes. Don't be surprised if your order comes carrier pigeon.
Is the delay right? No way. Let's just hope that they didn't skimp on ingredients like the shipping snafus that have been reported. $22.50 is still a sick deal all things being equal. Big mistake.

I placed an order with True Pheromones on 11/28/2011. I paid $9.99 for USPS priority shipping. They charged my credit card on 11/29/2011. Now, 10 days later...turns out they never shipped my order.

I contacted customer service, and their response was as follows: "Sorry, there was a delay in shipping. But we'll ship it out tomorrow!"

I asked for a refund on the shipping costs since it fell way outside the stated shipping time of 3-5 days. They said, "Sorry, we can't refund your shipping costs because you used a coupon on the order. But we'll ship it out tomorrow!"

Needless to say, I canceled my entire order on the spot. I explained to the woman (Demetra) that she could have potentially gained a loyal customer by treating me right, but instead chose to lose my business over a $9.99 shipping charge.

Androtics may have problems of their own, but at least when I order from them, I KNOW that my shipments will arrive on time. And their customer service has been spot on over the years. I wish I could say the same for True Pheromones.

And I wish I could still afford A314. Any other suggestions for alternatives?

I ordered Black Friday and didn't get a shipping confirmation till I spoke to them in the live chat and they checked my order and said that they had run our of TA and were making more but that it would be shipped soon. I ended up getting it Thursday of the next week which was pretty fast. I'm based out of Florida.

All three orders have the same Tracking number. I'm taking bets on how many body sprays I get in this order. This just keep getting better and better. :dash2:

That sucks your experience with TruePhermones went poorly with the shipping aspect. I never read any negative reviews on the quality of the product so I really dont know what to think.

Funny thing I mentioned this company on the Androtics board and was put on blast by several people. Oh well...

I'm guessing 1 bodyspray. I hope they didn't screw up on the molecule content.

I just received an email from them saying "please let us know what you think of our product, androstaterione" and I didn't even receive it yet. Well atleast I received an email from them, that's positive.
