May be the dumb question of the day, but I have seen people say they get the lower/cheaper alternative and use more drops. Is it simply the dropper which gives the different mcg's? I am assuming the little piece of plastic that controls the drops cannot be spiking the price that much. Please help enlighten me.

Higher mcgs per drop means a higher concentration. So you're paying more money for a higher concentration of a single pheromone. This means that it will last you longer.
