For me , i use Ascend most of cases no matter what the gender.
It never failed me solo or mixes.

AlphaQ v1. Very short, extremely professional and extremely type 1 lesbian lady used to sit in my cubicle row. People respect her and are also terrified of her. She oddly responded really well to AQ. No sexual hits from her... just lots of respect, went out of her way to include me and get my opinion, etc. If she's hardcore lesbian and not attracted to guys then AQ might work well like it did for me.
