Pheromones mentioned in podcast from Stanford professor

Again the highly educational Huberman lab podcast.
In this episode:
https://youtu.be/O1YRwWmue4Y
he mentioned pheromones at about 25:00 when he talked about onset of female puberty. It seems that the smell of non-parental 'sexual competent' males can trigger the onset of puberty in girls, that however the present of the fathers smell can prevent this effect.
He dances a bit around the word of 'pheromones', I have the impression that he is aware of human pheromones, but don't want to confess this for scientific reputation reasons.
For me that sounds a bit like the competing action of androstenone as puberty trigger and androsterone as blocker, as the first is, imho, more excreted in young sexually potent males, and the second seems more the 'mature patriarch' mone.
Again that podcast is highly recommended for all that want to understand the human nature.

One more time that this podcast (one of my favorite) gives valuable information.
