Yep, and women can use Androstadienone (A1) on themselves for that purpose as well, or just for relaxation. It offers comfort and a mood brightening effect.
Some have even used it for more restful sleep.
It's effect is most evident on women who actually need it. If you're already in a good mood you might not see much effect. I use it when I know I'm going to be around potentially disagreeable/crabby females.
You also might try a bit of P103 for it's carefree effect. At least that's how I respond to it.
And stay away from anything that makes you feel aggressive/sets you on edge. For me that would be anyhing that contains TAL.

Methoxyestratetraenone works for me to some extent. But surprisingly, huffing on AndrosteRone helps, also.
Gegogi says that he uses chemset AndrostAnone from Love Scent (just a small drop) and it does magic things, including relieving mestrual pain and PMS symptoms. ( https://pherotruth.com/Thread-Androstano...t-Delight)

My vote would be for Androstadienone (A1) as well, it's the main ingredient in Androtics Instant Female Magic (Instant Female Magic) which is now no longer available. But like Gegogi said, you can get straight A1 from Love Scent.
I also absolutely love Ail's Open Windows from Love Potion. It's one of my daily staples and it's great for boosting the mood of yourself and those around you in general. I know a few of the ladies on the LP forum use it for PMS and love it for that.
I also like TAC and Mx274 for calming and de-stressing. Maybe not so much for mood brightening as such but they are great for stress and tension relief.

Wouldn't that be a great pheromone product for women -- a combination of pheromones guaranteed to chase the blues away, calm frustration and anger during the two weeks women suffer from PMS or PMDD?
Hmmm....

The mixture of androsterone and androstenol in Scent of Eros for men has been very effective with many of the women I know for relief of PMS and headaches. I suspect that most of this effect comes from the androstenol, which can indirectly be linked to subtle increases in estrogens that combat progesterone-associated symptoms. I've seen no evidence that links A1 or any other chemical to the same pathway. However, the power of suggestion sometimes works even in the absence of evidence.

Alpha Androstenol and Androsterone, and mid-range doses of Allopregnenolone and epiallopregnenolone would each be helpful in relieving the stress and tension of PMS. TH-Doc might also be useful.
You know I've been looking at Androstadienone, and I can't for the life of me see how it could possibly have the characteristics that are attibuted to it.
I mean, structurally, it is obviously an odoriforous compound. It is a 3-keto, 4,16-dehydro androgen steroid.
But it doesn't have any of the structural characteristics that are common to the obvious pheromones that affect CNS functioning.
It has none of the usual features, like a 3alpha/3beta hydroxy group or a 5alpha/5beta hydroxy group, no methyl groups, no sulphate groups.
It just looks smelly to me.
JV... back me up on this or correct me if I'm going down a wrong path here.
