If they lose the case you are not charged anything. Better yet get them to put in the contract if you win they have to get AD to pay there fees. So you only pay your 25% to 35% cut

Wow. Ok. In UK the losing side usually has to pay the winning side's fees. Since it's different in USA I'd be silly not to go forward with this thing. Those fools at pherotalk will have LOTS of humble pie to eat once I get through with them.

OK, I couldn't edit the PDF, but I could convert it into an image file and then edit out the name, which is the only edit I mae to the file. I will post it below.

BTW, I want to thank eveyone for letting up on the insult throwing and bashing one another. The thread has taken a much more civil direction now.

Some would just do it to set precedent. They would have to turn the case into a class action lawsuit by trying to find others who have suffered. This would take years. I also doubt there is enough people suffering like Ultimate to start a class action up. Unless you get the FDA involved which I doubt would happen.

That's true, some would, if it were against a company like IBM or AT&T, knowing that they would get national exposure and it would be good for their practice. But, I don't think you'll find a lawyer who would take on a class action suit, that's not likely to help them in some way.

Unless you can find a lawyer with a grudge against the company!

I've given up focusing on getting better. I'm just waiting for my urine results now and gonna let the Dr do his thing.
