I have been trying for over a week to contact Erox via email and through the "returns" section of the site, about a return of the product that I purchased a few weeks back. I have yet to receive a response.

Any ideas on how to reach them (phone, alt email, etc)?

Just curious, have you successfully made the return? And if you dont mind, why are you dissatisfied with the product?

Yes. Finally, after contacting the company twice by email and another two calls made to the company over a two week period, I received a call back from the fulfillment office (not Erox themselves as far as I could tell) about a refund. I have shipped the item back and am awaiting a refund.

I think the guys at Erox have abandoned ship, as their parent company seemed surprised that they had not responded to return requests after two weeks.

I used the product extensively for two weeks with no noticeable hits.

After buying from many different mone companies, I have never had an issue returning a product until now. I think it would be a good idea if this product was removed from the company reviews section, unless I am the only person who has experienced this problem.
