It is possible my concentration of my bottles might be slightly higher than 1mg per 1ml

how high was the " 10ml " bottle filled up ...for me it looks more like a 15ml bottle ..

I don't know man, I still don't see the reason behind them doing that. I mean 25mg/25ml bottle is less in weight than 25mg divided in two bottles. I didn't receive my order, it says it's still in transit. Below that status, my order that I got back in august says in transit also.

Hahaha...maybe that's why they have a problem with shipping costs...maybe a van just for you and a cargo jet for Kmacc's delivery !

Just checked my mail. And i am not surprised they messed up my order. My TL oil wasnt in this. Maybe it will show up in the other order. I made two orders. And my tatrione came in a 50 ml bottle but i ordered 50 mg so thats about right. Just need to transfer it to a smaller bottle.

Also got aquagen from chris! Mmmm.

Heres my expectation of Trues order processing.

I expect them to mess up. I expect it so im not disappointed. I know it will get sorted out. Their customer service follow up is fantastic. Ive worked with them before and theyre very accomodating and easy to work with

My buddy sent me a photo cuz he was so happy to get his order of TA and TI he sent me a photo. I asked him why he got xxx. Hes like shit... I told him its all good just call them up and theyll straighten it out.

I noticed a green sticker dot on the top of the cap of my TL spray. Im assuming they are color coding it so they can pack more efficiently.

I'm getting really frustrated with True. My Black friday order was actually a Christmas gift, so after my replacement bottle of True Love got here, I gave it to my daughter and she wrapped it. Opened the gift yesterday, went to wear some today and the True Love wasn't safety sealed and was missing 25% of the spray. Called and emailed them but they are closed until January 5th. Argh!

Thanks for the heads up halo0073, Now I know I'm not going to order. These guys are headed for heart break. If you ordered now on thier Boxing day Special and the order won't go out to January 5. Anybody else see a problem?
