Mine has never been high, even in the military and as a Indy wrestler. (Evident from lack of sex drive and desire) I'm 36 should be higher.

I'm going to try the olive oil to see if that helps. Also going to include heavier squatting and deadliest into my workout mix.

And red meat. With all due respect to anyone vegetarian. I do respect that. But I believe humans're meant to eat red meat. Not in an abundance but rather in medium amounts.

Lean cut is better than chops.

U'll get ur T levels high in about 3 months. Be ready to learn how to control it though. U'll see what I mean. Smile Lol. Am STILL learning how to tame the M'Fugger. Lol.

Deadlifts not deadliests. Damn phone. I eat very little red meat. Maybe a steak 3 times a year and hamburger meat maybe twice a month. I eat more fish, chicken and pork. I'll try to eat more bison or something. Maybe a steak a month or so.

I have a good sex life and massive erections so I'll truly have to take it easy if anything increases.

Before t max my testosterone was 280. He wanted me to use double Androgel and keep the application times the same.

I did not double the Androgel. Just my normal 2 squirts of it over chest and shoulders and t150 over my nostrils and my t-level is 397. Still low for my age but better. I know multiply variations can come intyo play but I made sure to the best of my ability I keep the testing the same. Ie, food intake and sleep.

My free test was 9.2. My lowest was 2. (When first found out weith low t) Something. My highest tested t level was 587. That was with testim and 2 vials off it. But insurance won't pay for it and it's $500 a month without it.

Just giving my medical test results with and without tmax

Edit. Also said my estrogen was in check.

Wow it looks like T150 got you 117 points higher, 41.7%.

I had a NY steak last week and could feel increased T for two days after. Whole pieces of red meat like beef ribs, brisket or steak have the greatest effect on me. Ground beef in burgers is minor compared to whole pieces.

Yeah, heavy squats and deads is a good idea. You get more testo spikes from working your legs hard than other muscles according to studies.

I'm no vegan and I don't buy into such diets. I feel much better and stronger when I eat a lot, but I try to make it as healthy as possible. Red meat is very healthy in my opinion, but people are different. I don't eat pork because I have a hard time digesting it and I don't drink milk because it makes me feel like crap. I've seen others who can handle it. My diet mostly consists of steak, chicken, salmon, eggs, black beans, brown rice, potatoes, bananas and veggies. And then there's my monster post workout shake; 100% whey isolate 5 scoops 62,5g protein total, sweet potato powder, dried blueberries, oat powder, banana, peanut butter, coconut oil and water.

I'm going to go in 4 months to test it again. I'll follow the same plan but add what suggestions have been given from here and test it that way.

Including more red meat. I don't drink milk, kills my stomach.

Gentlemen. If you's can get a chance, eat some veal. Kangaroo meat. Mmmmm hmmmm. Yummy. Seriously. Full of testos. I love it. Smile

If ya can, check if the meat was grass fed. Yes it's more expensive. But it does pay in the long run to keep ur health in line. And don't be afraid to eat the oily part of the meat. THAT oil is better than vegetable oil. Want proof? Take me for an example. Am slightly skinny.

So the cows, lambs and roos I eat (well most of'em) are grass fed. In other words they're vegetarian. So I eat them. In a round about way I "AM" in fact vegetarian. Lol.

Just kidding. But ya get the point. Lol.

Tongkat Ali is very good, but you need to buy the genuine (expensive) stuff, take lots of it on a 5-on / 2-off cycle, and keep it going for at least 3 months. If you can afford it, your test levels will slowly but steadily improve.
And stay away from anything with soya in the ingredients!

This is good information. I've tried Tongkat before from a nootropics site, but it didn't do much for me. It was pretty cheap. Do you have a brand name or link to the kind you use? Daily dose?
