I don't know much about parfumes.Even so, in Molecule 01 i think that its something more, not just Iso E.I will buy some from Cinis lab to compare.

Don't waste your money attempting to compare ISO-E-Super to the ISO Gamma Super in Molecule 01. Truth be told most cologne affectionados do not like Molecule 01. The ISO Gamma Super fades and comes back like the ISO-E-Super molecule. Cologne heads do not like that aspect.

I wrote about Molecule 01 in my journal. See below:

ISO Gamma Super is a captive odorant which means it's not for sale to the public.

Thanks Paradox.
As you said most cologne affectionados do not like Molecule 01.Its for a good reason. They like to smell like "something", to smell good, to be noticed. With Molecule 01 its "there" a sweat scent that comes and go.
You can't cover anything with that.A cologne can cover a shirt that smells bad after work and you still smell good if you sweat. You got the ideea.
Molecule 01 its even notorious to enhance your own scent.Imagine that you smell bad and put some 01 on. .

Here Tezeus,

I've been away for a while and haven't posted much - running a business takes up a lot of time and energy. Speaking of Molecule 01, I too have been using this however has anyone experience a red rash / allergic reaction using this?

Seems the rash pops up when I use it for several days straight....just wondering.

Look into "liquid glove", it's a cream acts as a barrier between your skin and irritants. Some mone products tend to give me a rash, especially DPG-based oils, but liquid glove definitely helped to curb allergic reactions.

This is a bit of an oversimplification but it generally and conservatively added about 2' to the range of my Swoon applications (i.e. my phero cloud).

am I the only one who can't smell Molecule 01? I got a genuine sample and even with a thick application it smells really faint and indistinct to me.

Since I can't smell it, how many sprays are recommend to cover, say an alpha product with cops?

Some years ago I was searching for this product in a kind of specialized small perfume shop.
The shop owner told me he stopped selling that product, after having very few sales. The reason according to him was that the product just 'amplified' your natural scent, which most people are used to ignore, since you smell it all day... so customers were complaining that this perfume, being expensive as it was, didn't smell at all... while others were actually smelling you very notably.

It seems to make sense, but I really love ISO-E types. You can see people are hit with the scent.

Just my 2 cents.

Hello everyone! So i have a question. I have been working on a perfume for quite some time now. The closest resemblance it bears is to Geza Schoen's Molecule 01+02, but with additional ingredients that are designed to amplify the wearers natural scent. But I am curious about what appears to be the most cited molecule which is androstadienone. Anyone have an idea about what ratio of androstadienone would be safe to add to a 100ml mix? Bear in mind that some of the synthetic musks i'm using have no direct scent (until sufficient temperature/diffusion, so I am trying to add a 'cautious' amount of androstadienone to avoid piss/BO smell. Alternatively, i considered adding some Monolaurin and just try a few Pheromones out in the perfume with in order to counter the ammonia (piss) smell produced by the micro-organisms. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Essentially, i need help with a range of factors which are not appropriate for basenotes.. you guys are clearly more familiar with the phero side of things.
Cheers in advance

Sam.

I've tried generic iso e super and EM 01 - I cannot smell this at all. I only smell alcohol.

Though when I mixed it with a cheap, sharp vanilla oil, it changed the smell of the vanilla oil completely into something warm and nicer smelling.

Question: are there any other unusual single-molecule colognes of note out there?
