Where I work I can not use any pain medication or muscle relaxers as they test for them.

So I also use Kratom but it is a last resort for my back pain. I will ONLY use the oil version because the powder is so much harder on my digestive system.

I am actually thinking of trying the oil as a pheromone to see what happens?

Try it as pheromone, but I see no reason why it should have pheromone-like properties.

Did they find kratom with the standard drug tests? I think they don't, but I don't know that for sure.

I don't even know that there is a oil version, I only know the green powder.

They don't test for Kratom where I work, I don't use it very often because it blocks me up up like opiods do.

I would not expect anything from Kratom as far as pheromone effects, but would still be neat to test for the hell of it.

Well if these drugs have so many potential side effects are there any alpha mones that can be worn DAILY to improve clarity of mind, faster thinking and reflexes, and last a minimum of 6 hrs?

What about AT? 1 drop a day? Everyday. Or API? Daily?

Any other pheromones musicians use on stage or in studio?

Hey Justin

For pain — take curcumin. Look up the tested dosage, I forget how much, that was studied and proven to provide lasting pain relief and anti inflammatory properties. When I had an injury I took 3 pills a day of a brand called Sports Research, the c3 curcumin pills. Game changer and may also help with depression if you have that.

Muscle relaxer — take a magnesium glycinate supplement, 300mg+. I have the best results from Doctors Best chelated magnesium. Amazing as a sleep aid when taken before bed, too.

For anyone else with mental health stuff — grab the book The Ultramind Solution and try everything suggested in it.

I'm afraid that for every reoccurring stimulus to the human body - whatever it is: a substance (alc, drugs, even sugar) , a pheromone, an own behavior (endurance or resistance training, porn use) , an outside stimulus (noise, aggression) - we get used to it, build resistance to that stimulus and require more and more of it by the time for the same reaction

For some things that is what we want, e.g. in sports training or in some psychotherapy were they train resilience against negative reactions. In war zones, people get used to situations that would unbearable for the most of us. So there is a biological or evolutionary benefit to get used to things. But often this lead to the situation that the effect of intended interventions get blunted by time.

I would expect the same with daily pheromones. But of course AT is good stuff, I used it a lot at work.

I remember when orig a314 came out AD was saying to use it everyday and it would skyrocket your alpha success, and you'd make truckloads more money than you paid for the mones.

So they were recommending daily use.

I think formula's these days are made much stronger.

For example, one of my favorites is AQ. But it has 20 pheromones in it. It would knock me out wearing it more than 1 day in a row. It's meant for weekend wear and the next day I experience fatigue.

So I will keep that when I want to pick up or score, but when I want an increase in cognition it's coming down to improving my habits. Better nutrition and sleep. And of course more practice. And to practice for 6 hours a day, repetitively, with mental focus and stamina would require more than just discipline.

Most of these people who are succeeding at high levels, even those who are not famous but making 6 figures are taking some sort of supplementation for the brain.

Aside from AT and API there is a nootropics stack I was using. 1 pill a day caused my brain to feel healthier. 2 pills caused same day increase in performance but increased my anxiety levels/jitters with the increased speed of thinking. There is no caffeine in there but it had the same effect.

If that wasn't the case I'd use it everyday.

I was using AT at work daily when I had it (I'm currently out of it, and unfortunately it is quite expensive, but worth it, so maybe I will order it soon again).
I think it's effect on other people is maintained over a long time, as they are not always in the cloud. The self effects however is imho prone to desensitization, ie the reduction of effect with prolonged use. We - at least I - forget sometimes that the wearer of a pheromone gets the highest dose, and uninterrupted so.

But there is nothing wrong with trying. The idea of cycling is, that you have several measures, ie substances, if which each has its own path of action [1], and it's specific risks and side effects. By cycling through it, none of the pathways get over stressed and has time to get sensitized again while the others are in use. That would look like this:
Day 1: MJ type A (like black Afghan or so, I have no idea about MJ)
Day 2: Red Kratom
Day 3: Pheromone
Day 4: Break, nothing
Day 5: Prescription medicine
Day 6: Pheromones
Day 7: MJ type B
Day 8: Green Kratom
Day 9: Pheromone
Day 10: Break
Day 11: restart with day 1
Of course this is just the principle, what works for an individual has to be tested individually.

One caveat - I'm an engineer not a neurobiologist (but I'm heavily interested in neurobiology) - all pathways most likely downstream act on the same neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin and GABA. But anyhow that's what I would do.

The comment of bootysage is highly valid: Nutrition, sleep, minerals make a heavy difference. Magnesium intake - as he mentioned in chelated form, for the brain maybe even magnesium L-threonate - is very important.

That topic goes deep: Research "adaptogens" like "golden root" (Rhodiola rosea) - I take that myself - or ashwaganda. There should not be a desensitization effect, so you should be able to take it dayly forever with no side effects. It's even do that the effects come slowly after weeks of usage. [2]

As an engineer I like to monitor the effects with a smart device like the Oura ring or a smart watch and adjust my supplements accordingly. The sleep monitor is very helpful imho. This might not work for anyone, one has to have a nerve for numbers and science.

They are not recognized by mainstream medicine, but "there are no human pheromones" either, so...

I just want to jump in here:

I just popped 2 pills of a nootropics stack and now I have a bit of delusional thinking. I know there are no drugs in it , it's all legal supplements, but I have this "on top of the world, invincible feeling" where I feel I am more capable than I actually am.

This is all good being confident, but when does confidence begin to hurt your success?

I mean it's one thing to feel on top of the world but I'd rather feel mediocre and get out of this world results.

I'm more results oriented than mood oriented, but I guess sometimes I like grandiose thinking too!

But too much of it and people see through you very easily and it backfires in the long run.

Tell more, what are these ingredients? Noopept? Racetams? What dosage?
