Made the first order. Dosage Issues

Hi guys. I ordered Unresistible, Scent of Eros and 2x Co-Pul from Paulius.
I am 38 and would like to know at what dosages should I start testing each blend?
I plan to move them to dropper bottles for more accurate dosing and matching with Co-pul.
