I have been lurking and reading for awhile. My kids are grown, I am unattached and in very good shape for my age. I am attracted to women in their 40's to 50's.
While I am new to pheromones I have played around with several: Alpha Q, Ascend, Cohesion, Evolve, Xist, Bliss, Love Boat, Unresistable, TLG, & have GOA coming.
Being new, I have many questions. Many I have found answers to after hours and hours of reading and searching. Still I have much to learn.
I am also trying to figure out the negative self effects with anxiety, depression and palpitations that seem to come on roughly 24 hours later after wearing the pheromones. At first I thought A1 was the culprit but now after further testing I am suspecting Androstenone. I have tried many of the suggestions I have found but no success at curbing this so far.
Now I need to figure out how to post or rather meet the requirements to be able to post.

I only get negative effects from A1, putting it on the back of my neck seems to mitigate it for a few hours.

I would say reduce your dosing and see if it helps with reducing the negative self affects, perhaps you're wearing too much
