Dolly announced to the LP forum Yesterday that they are testing and working on alcohol based pheromone products.


I am on the wire about this but more for personal reasons. While it can be exciting if they can formulate something good its sort of takes away from the uniqueness of LP which I have always loved.

Personally the primary reason I always love LP is because they are a speciality store and sell scents like no other. They found a niche in the industry and went with it and it gave them a specialness in my opinion. If I want a new scent or pheromone oil they are the first place I look. I love their products because of the uniqueness of them. I was actually upset when they went to all roll on bottles. I know it may sound stupid to many people but the pretty little shaped bottles was part of the appeal of the product. I collect little bottles and loved that they came in that form. Of course crossing over to the generic roll ons didn't hurt the product at all and they are still lovely scents LOL My point is will they be influenced by others with a agenda to give up there niche and become "like the others" We will have to stay turned to..................................

On the other hand......... For pheromone lovers it may be great. If they can formulate something good. With oils you have room for mistakes because they are subtle. Alcohol hits hard and fast and if your formula is not balanced, if the pheromones do not buffer each other correctly you can come out with a mediocre product that will reflect on everything else you sell. Many oil form formulas wont work in alcohol version the same way and vice verse. Do I think they can pull it off. ............. I dont see why not and I am routing for them. I also applaud Mara for listening and responding to the needs and wants of her customers. This could be a exciting development for the Phero world.

Of course there is room in my heart on on my dresser for both Androtics and LP............. Gotta say the pocketbook is a little light right now but once that is resolved I will be happily testing.

Lets wish them luck and light on there new adventure.

I hope many others can report it as well... I'd love to read them. Meh, call me what you will but I'm not so keen about the current "report".

Anyhow, that's still great news, Mara is a nice person... sometimes I feel like I was pushy for the alcohol based products since I've been so complain-y about the oil Pheromones lol not to mentin darn annoying about it as well lol!! But it seems like they've planned it for a really long time. I think their oil version of Like A Magnet would work well in alcohol no? I'm not sure about BI and CB... but I'm curious about their Like A Magnet.

I wish them best of luck with their new alcohol release as well!

There's nothing wrong with a company expanding their client base and offering many options to suit individual wants and needs. This sounds like a great opportunity for LP.

I think this is gonna be a fun new-interesting step for LP. I love the oils and will stay with them, but I wouldnt mind a alcohol spray once and awhile. I HATE my mainstream alcohol perfumes, but sometimes I wish I had the spray ability.

I like that the ladies listened to the want for Alcohol Pheromones and have produced them. The ability to order in various strengths is also a plus. I tthink I am going to wait a bit to try, as my $ situation can use a pause, but I'd love to nab some up eventually. I think I will try the social Pheromones to start, as I like the sexual Pheromones staying closer to my body.
