L2K and Fear

One of the most appealing self-effects of using L2K is a reduction in fear and anxiety, which can be very useful in a work context in the world of today. Any thoughts on ways to achieve a similar effect via single mones? Would I be correct to guess this might be the influence of alpha-thdoc? So would alpha-thdoc by itself have this effect, but also risk of making one sleepy?

I am quite happy to keep on using L2K. Just some times I would rather top up just the anti-anxiety component when the other aspects of the mix are not suited to or required by the environment.

Actually, I am not too sure. TAC reduces anxiety, I suppose. Is that what you were hinting at?
