Hello everyone,

Yesterday I was led here by a user over at the TruePheromones.com forums, and since have been lurking trying to educate myself on everything (relevant) I can. For the most part people here seem friendly and eager to help each other, so I figure there's no better place to start. In fact, this older thread was very helpful in putting me more at ease and helping me understand pheromones a bit better. (Plus, I like that while there is vendors here, this place isn't just one big smarmy ad campaign.)

My introduction to pheromones really only began Friday, truth be told, and since then I've just been seeing how deep this abyss goes. So far the more I read the more fascinated I am from a scientific stand point.
Totally out of my element here, but as that's never stopped me before... Here's a bit about me/the demographic I fall under:

Age: 24
Gender: Female
Location: This really should not be difficult to guess...
Thoughts: Curiosity. Normally I wouldn't give stuff like this a second look - believing anything worth getting is worth working for (though I can see its pass as an aide similar to make-up or not dressing like a hillbilly, but I don't believe [pheromones] - or anything else - will work as a "miracle" or whatever.)

Since I was first introduced to TruePheromones (through a teeth whitening e-mail ad, go figure) it was their product line which caught my eye - more so after I started reading consumer reports on them - and after posting a little on their forums I was guided over here, which thankfully seems much more active.

So...yeah. That's probably enough of me for now.

Hey there TorontoSol, welcome to PheroTruth! You've got a great attitude going in and because of that I'm sure you'll not be disappointed with what you get out of pheromones. To many people get into them looking for athe magical bullet that';s going to cure all their woes and failures with the opposite sex. In making the comparison to aids, sinilar to wearing makeup and dressing nicely, you've already got a good grasp on what to expect, except, do expect just a little more, not much but a little.

We've got an awesome group of folks here, many who have been using pheromones for years, and the best thing is that there's always somebody around who's ready and willing to help the newbie out with questions and suggestions when asked to do so. So, if you've got any questions, just start asking.
