19th June 2021 - order from PT via website PayPal.
19th June 2021 - received email contain receipt from PayPal.
22nd June 2021 - Not receive any email from PT. When I checked my order at their website, it is still in "processing" status.
24th June 2021 - Receive 1st email from Pheromone Treasure. They told me that my goods is complete, waiting to be ship out. They also giving me USPS Tracking Number.
26th June 2021 - It's been 48 hours since I received email from Pheromone Treasure containing tracking number. However USPS yet receive the parcel from PT.
In their recent email, PT informed me that it usually takes 24 hours for any updates in USPS system but it's been 48 hours now.
1st July 2021 - Been a week now. USPS seems doesn't receive the supposed parcel from vendor. When I checked the tracking via online, it is written there : "June 23, 2021

Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item,
BARTLETT, IL 60103". No email respond from Pheromone Treasure team did I receive as yet.
2nd July 2021 - I filed my first report on PayPal resolution center. Let's see if Pheromones Treasure going to respond and react to my dispute claim. Try to email them however no respond. I just don't understand how they're running their business with this kind of attitude. Very bad customer service.
3rd July 2021 - Manage to established communication with John from Pheromone Treasure. He's really helpful and able to solve the shipment issue ASAP. I get the updates from USPS in just few hours. Felt relieved today. It might due to unidentified technical issue with PT's email, makes my earlier email didn't reach PT inbox. Couldn't say what is it but everything has been sort. Now just waiting for further tracking updates with USPS. I also has withdraw my reports earlier. Apologize to Pheromone Treasure. I didn't mean any negative intentions to yours, but it's just my concerns that I didn't get any respond and updates from your side beforehand (including USPS tracking). I hope in my next purchase in the near future, everything will go much smoothly.

13th August 2021 - I receive the parcel from USPS. Finally it reach my doorstep although I thought this is as gone case. Really glad to receive it today. Such a slow and poor service from USPS Priority Mail.

Its been years, this email never works.
I have also ordered on 24th November. Wrote you email from website, thinking that you might have improved the communication. But its the same. Mail delivery failure. All these years....the same.
