Hello there,

Is there anyone of you write to PT and get responded recently? I've wrote two emails, first email was send a month back while the second email I wrote just a few seconds ago.

I eagerly wanted to put order directly from PT but kinda hold myself after I saw lots of slow shipping complaints and also no inquiry respond (emails) from PT at all. I do have few notes of request regarding shipment issues in my country thus I need PT team to respond whether they could meet the requirements or not.

19th June 2021 - order from PT via website PayPal.
19th June 2021 - received email contain receipt from PayPal.

Hope to receive the shipment tracking number from PT ASAP

19th June 2021 - order from PT via website PayPal.
19th June 2021 - received email contain receipt from PayPal.
22nd June 2021 - Not receive any email from PT. When I checked my order at their website, it is still in "processing" status.

Well it's only been 2 days and it was the weekend when you ordered. Give him a few days to get it shipped or try calling him up if no response by then instead of email. You can find contact info on the website.

of course I am giving them plenty of comfortable time to prepare my order. I think five working days is more than enough right? It's been few weeks since my last email and I am yet receive any respond from the vendor. I tried to call them twice last week before I made my purchase however couldn't reach them.

My intentions for the previous post was just updating my current status of the recent purchase with Pheromones Treasure and also to share with other members so they'll be in the know. This might also be helpful in the future for others and maybe as for myself.

26th June 2021 - It's been 48 hours since I received email from Pheromone Treasure containing tracking number. However USPS yet receive the parcel from PT.
In their recent email, PT informed me that it usually takes 24 hours for any updates in USPS system but it's been 48 hours now.

2nd July 2021 - I filed my first report on PayPal resolution center. Let's see if Pheromones Treasure going to respond and react to my dispute claim. Try to email them however no respond. I just don't understand how they're running their business with this kind of attitude. Very bad customer service.

I have gotten no email from you, and also have gotten no paypal claims today and I simply can't figure out who you are.
