USPS Tracking number generated 1/24
USPS website still shows no receipt of product from PT on 1/29 ( Pre-Shipment - Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item)

I really hope this gets here soon! No replies to email.

I am new here. Based in Australia.
Is anyone experiencing delays in shipment or not getting any replies from PT recently?
I have sent several email and tried calling their number but no reply.

Yeah mate. That's normal. It takes a while, especially cos AustPost is slower than a turtle. Am in Brisbane and I can see the U.S. transit between interstates happen in half a day, but here, from Sydney to Brisbane takes about 4 to 6 days depending if it happens during weekends.

Exactly two weeks from order entry to delivery for me. FYI for those of you wanting to know current PT lead times.

I'm having the same issues with PT. I ordered on 1/28/18 and selected priority mail. Its says item shipped on 1/30/18 but so far nothing and tracking still shows in pre-shipment. VM not return, email unanswered and costumer service line just rings till vm picks up. Unfortunately this happened back in December when I order THU; ordered on the 4th and received on the 14th. I'm in the same time zone as PT. I'm hoping to get my Swoon by Friday 1/09/18.
