I get hit pretty hard with depression from A1.

Just wondering if you can build up a tolerance to it by repeated exposure.

Was thinking of taking a whiff a couple times a day.

For me, the more I use it the worse it gets.

It can IME but more than by just taking a whiff.

I mixed a little at low concentration and wore that for quite a while - Can't remember the dose but it was maybe around or below 6.25mcg per drop.

Being in an oil also helped it diffuse more slowly.

The first week was the worst - by bout day four, I was feeling pretty band but then it slowly started to improve and eventually, I was able to wear A1 with few problems, even at quite high doses.

The trouble is that if you give it a rest for a while, then eventually you will need to go back to the low-dose to recondition yourself.
