Half of L2k v1's benefit comes from self effects.. Clearer thinking, articulate speech, alertness, increase confidence and party vibe.. If its so far away from your nose you'll be missing out on crucial benefits of the product.
I have the same problem as you. Thus wearing l2k v1 1x week only. The next day the lethargy lasts until 12 noon.. Before that I can't even get out of bed. And I wash off app way before sleeping.
I have tried social activities the next day but I was more lethargic and too myself. The day after the catabolic feeling is still there. I use some IS to brighten myself up.
TAA may also help.
I liked the next day feeling of l2k similar to me downing 10 cups of coffee.. Jitters, anxiousness and lethargy. Also it seemed i'm more hyped up and not relaxed and calm. With AM I sleep like a baby..
But I find l2k does more as a pheromone than AM which needs more game to work it.

How much dienone is in l2k to cause that kind of effect? Would l2k be similar to other product without the dienone? For example is Wolf + a lot of dienone as powerful as l2k?
I used cohesion and I had some unpleasant headache afterward. If the body react with a headache then to me there is something wrong with the product. It's similar to a drug effect like alcohol or other strong stuff. I'm not sure I'm willing to kill my health with that kind of effect. Though the results with girls are appealing, I might test it at very small dose once a week.
