Ringo is in deed a rock star in longevity. I guess it is the physical exercise related to being a drummer.

I see so many man who didn't give a rats shit in their looks. We humans have no fur in order to sexually display state of health via our skin. The face is the mirror of your health. There is a complete branch of TCM dedicated to diagnostics via facial lines and texture.

My skin care arsenal is most likely larger than my mone arsenal, and believe me, I have quite some selection there. Chemically peeling with AHA and BHA, retinoids, some caffeine and a decent cream is a start. Typically this stuff doesn't cost much if you look for non-fancy products. Of course you can go deeper in this rabbit hole and do a whole week morning and evening routine with 10 different products. But it's worth it. I have no loose skin on face or neck and only minor fine lines. With regular peeling the texture is fine and the complexion smooth and fresh. So many man run around with a thick layer of dead skin cells which make their skin tone gray.

These are the signs of aging. Take care of these, and early-20ies girls argue with you that you can't be the father of that teen girl which is your daughter, because you are to young to have a child. Happened to me recently. BTW, that's the reason for my increased age of consent. I have the decency to seek at least a decade between my mates and my kids.

But it's more than that. Professionally I have to deal with lots of you folks starting with fresh-out-of-college age. I think that I have more energy than 90% of them. Even the 30yo. For quite some time age is just a state of mind.

Fasting also helps out a lot, you don't even need to do like multiple days, you could do just 24 hour fasts, helps clear up a lot of skin issues as well. I had like two skin tags that just dried up and fell off lol.

Advanced skin care includes even off-lable use of things like adapalene, DHEA and melatonin (topical application).

And nutrition, e.g. avoidance of advanced glycation end products and Inflammatory seed oils. No fries and stuff that means.
