Have you tried any of his product ? If so what are the results. Share it with the community, without any information just don't blame them. And BTW mones don't do the work , you got to put the effort And they just enhance you efforts.

I still consider my self a newbie, regardless of being in the pherogame since 2011 or so, still have a A314 Rev23 with a few drops for an occasional sniff... and yes I rarely report, maybe because I am pretty much of a shit tester lol...

Every to any issue was resolved very quickly. Yes I have recieved a bad bottle as in broken or leaked cap, to a point that one of the scent just didnt fit me and the top 3 names mentioned above corrected it in a blink, without hesitation. So I call BS on bad Customer Service... *Smh*

When I was first getting into pheromones I Emailed Apex a couple of times with what I now realize are silly questions; which is, I guess, typical of a newbie.

I was answered quickly and treated with respect and honor. Since then I have ordered a couple/ few times from Apex and always I have received my order in good condition, as ordered, promptly, and with stellar customer service.

As far as vendors go, Apex is...well...an Apex Vendor

Guys sometimes I think you are incredibly lucky or it's just me who is incredibly unlucky.

As a example before saying anything if you go often to a restaurant, even the best restaurant can sometimes make some mistake, it just happen, it's life, no one is perfect. If you have 1000 orders to do and fuck up 2 of them, that's still very good.

Most of my mail, or order to Liquid Alchemy went fine, but 2 mails never got any reply, my last order from LAL seems double the usual time.
My order from LMLP took a long time before being sent, I don't order often from them I can't know if happens often.
My order from Hax, they sent the wrong bottle, and never replied to any mail I sent.

I never ordered Apex, will do in a month or 2.

Since this has refloated just today:

I happened to order from Apex like a month ago and somehow the package was mistreated by couriers, it bounced somewhere in Asia before being delivered in Europe, and all of the sprays had leaked noticeable.
I contacted Apex and sent photos of the package, and they resent the order promptly in very few days. Today I received the package in a much better state than the previous one.

So for me Apex is still top service.

I gotta add. Same here. It's been always positive for me with Thundr's customer service to me too.

Need to mention that Thundr's running Apex as a part time/hobby kinda business, which from what I've gathered by chatting with him, he doesn't make a major profit out of it. But he does it cos he loves it.

I'd actually be completely lost if I can't get Core. Also C36.

But yeah, anyway, for me it's always been positive with Thundr/Jinn/Apex.

I purchased recently Core+TKO. I forgot to ask for sample of GRAV, but shared this here.
My order was placed 2 or 3 July.
And arrived yesterday at 10 July.
I'm living in Eastern Europe.
This is the fastest delivery.
And @thundr added a sample of GRAV to compare with TKO.
He is the GREAT guy.

Of course you can request a specific sample of something...just, as always, be polite with your pleases and thank-yous. No company is ever under any obligation to include freebies, requested or not; but Apex usually will send you out a sample or two with every order anyway. I imagine, as cool as the fine friendly folks at Apex are, that if they have sample bottles of the requested concoction on hand, they'd send it along.
