What do you guys think is worth investing nowadays that will be worth a lot say in 5-10 years time?

Personally, I think all the Virtual Reality technologies will boom at some point. Other than this well crypto. Maybe apps like uber will figure something out. What's your opinion?

Invest in yourself and increase your value, skills, and income. Invest in your business. And if you’re willing to learn the game, real estate is definitely worth investing in.
