I have tried to contact him and a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything is he ok?

Last time I contacted him was in October and it seemed pretty ok, got a reply for my query, haven't tried contacting him recently though.

Had a chat with him regarding my order. Couple of mails to and fro. He responded to my mails immediately. Everything went well. He was as helpful and accommodating he ever was.

It was in last week of November.
