It's got to be really hard to just walk away, and especially to release the feelings of resent. It's not easy, but you make it look that way. I completely understand where you are coming from and am a bit ashamed to say I have strayed from my chosen path in my past. You're absolutely right, if their path doesn't match yours, then you have to continue on your path, even if it means walking alone. Fortunately, you aren't walking alone.
