AD scares me. 15% off isn't enough to waver that, at this time. If Chris starts ensuring better customer service then I'll be open to buying again.

I won't say too much because I did get a refund AND received my items, but I am worried because I dont know as to if it was an apology or what as I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. There lies the problem.

I love his products, but customer service plays a big role in how much I value a company. Other than that, hopefully this newsletter that was received explains some of it. Could you copy and paste it here for everyone, or is it exceptionally long?

I tried to estimate the cost of purchasing L2k v1 with the coupon and it says it's reached its limit. Not sure if the coupon code is still valid. I got the email like 12 hours ago
