Ah good memories with this one, "cruise with me baby"
And sometimes you jus gotta wake up the neighbourhood!
I knew the guys from Quiet Riot way back in the day, when they played Sunday night Battle of the Bands at the Starwood. Then I saw them in Memphis a couple of years later after they got signed and released Metal Health, and they let the success go to their heads, even their road crew were assholes! I had met the warm up band in the parking lot and ended up backstage playing roadie for them.
Here's my favorite by Quiet Riot though, which got little or no airplay. Kind of a heavy metal love ballad
Been listening to Breathe Carolina's new album, and there's two songs I particularly can't get enough of. However I'll only post one for the time being.
For those unfamiliar with them, they're Electronica with a bit of Post-Hardcore tossed in. One of the most beautiful music hybrids I've had the honor of listening to.
