For instance, go under my avatar of Paul Rudd and click Rep Post for practice. Then select the highest number. Beer

After having been a member for 4 months, I am finally able to read journals and can as far as I can tell participate fully. But one thing that has baffled me from day one, and I still haven't figured it out is - what are "reps"? I keep seeing them referred to in posts, but I haven't got a clue.

Another thing that I've been wondering about - what is a warning level? In each of my posts, under my username it says "Warning Level: 0%" This started showing up a week or two ago. I have no clue what it means, and haven't seen anyone else with a "Warning Level."

Damn it takes 4 months to be able to read journals?! :/

Anyway to speed up the process? I'm guessing posts more but honestly i wouldn't want to make useless spams.

It does not take 4 months to access the Journals area. The requirement is based on time and post count, and you don't have much more to go. How much more? That's something we don't share because we don't want anyone hanging around and posting just enough to gain access to the journals.

Nobody changes until the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of change....

Yeah, time has nothing to do with it.

I am here since september from last year, and yet I can't read journals.

It's probably a matter of posts quantity.

Same here... Not that I mind posting, but one does not feel like posting ... you know, bulk content.
Well, this is one chance to increase by one postTongue

cant wait to start reading them, but how do I start one for all the members who can read them to see? I want to start putting down my experiences and maybe get some feedback, or should I just reply to the main forum topics for feedback?
