I am a vegan, so I have to get extra zinc and iron to keep my test levels up without eating meat. I also use blackstrap molasses for a calciumm supplement, because I hate horse pills. Then there is onion juice to boost testosterone levels as well, and of course every gym rat needs a quality protein. I also take creatine sometimes. Other than that just eating my greens and veggies keeps my vitamin count high Smile

B12 (methylcobalamin) and K2 are also helpful for vegans. The only vegan source of k2 that I know of is natto. It's produced by microorganisms, but only very particular ones, it seems. If some other microorganism makes the stuff, I'd like to know.

This thread has been a great resource for me and Since Ive been on my supplement routine for about 5 weeks now I figured I would post what Im taking and what I think of it.

Opti-Men Multivitamin- So Im pretty sure I piss out all of this anyway, My pee is bright green about 2 hours after taking.
DIM-plus (Natures Way) 2x Twice a day two with Brekkie and two before dinner.
Tonic Tinctures NZ Deer Antler Velvet (absorbing in my mouth right now!) 4x droppers throughout the day. Im loving this stuff. Doesnt completely absorb in my mouth though and I end up swallowing about half
Caltrate Calcium Viamin D, 1x before bed.*
Acai Berry (Naturol) 1000mg in the morning with Breakfast (brekkie)
Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Isolate- 60gs of protein (Two scoops) after i Lift
Vitamin C 500mg at night (eat at least two pieces of citrus a day, no grapefruit) *
Zinc -2x 25mg a day (morning night)
12mg Melatonin right before bed

*Have taken for years

Goods
I eat pretty well, could always include more raw greens.
Workout (See below)
Great quality of life (important to mental wellbeing)
Keep sexually stimulated

Other
Smoke 1/2 a pack a day
Drink 3-5 times a week
Limited fitness goals established

Fitness
I play ultimate frisbee 2-4 times a week (at the level i play at its very strenuous. Lots a jogging followed by long sprints and agility in between). I wore a pedometer once and i roughly 11 miles over 3 hours (typically play 45mins-an hour).
Lift weights 3 times a week- Chest and back, Biceps and legs, weighted abs and triceps.
Yoga (my perverted version of it at my house) twice a week (gonna start going to classes!)
Abs 4-5 times a week
Im rarely at my desk or on the couch and walk a lot around town as well.

Conclusion.
Over the past five weeks Ive seen VAST improvements in my physic. Obviously Im going for a high Test. Im pretty sure I was low test for a long time now that Im feeling really good. My muscles are like f3cking steel and i feel the need to flex all the time (is that called pump? not sure) My stomach is in the process of flattening (going for the six pack just waiting to break out). I have crazy good definition in my arms, chest and shoulders (my arms have never been as ripped looking) I havent gotten sick in years (Vitamin C). I have great energy and often wont take the Melatonin because I just dont need it. Um I wake up with a morning wood every time i sleep (overnight and naps). That thing has never been harder either. Like urianium depleted bust through the wall.

Feel free to lemme know what you think or what I should be looking at.

If you supplement calcium or d3 consider adding k2. Calcium alone is linked to arterial calcification.
