Something was off because it didn't seem to last as long as it used to. I have a little left in the original bottle and they smell the same to me.

A female friend was over yesterday so I asked her to do me a favor and let me know they smelled the same. So she smelled the scent from the original bottle and then she smelled the scent from the Amazon bottle. She told me that the one from the original bottle smelled very clean and nice. The scent from the Amazon bottle smelled like sweat from a taxi driver in a 3rd world country. (Her exact words not mine).

I couldn't believe that she could smell such a drastic difference between the two bottles since they both smelled the same to me.

I will never order Cologne online again. I will go to the official store of the cologne vendor and buy right from them at full price with no middle man. If the cologne vendor does not have an official store then I will not consider it.

I had the same issue with Acqua Di Gio - it wouldn't last as long when I purchased it on Amazon.

They sent me a second bottle cuz I complained; same thing. I couldn't even smell it on myself

Months later, it lasts longer and I can smell it on myself. Maybe it's stored in the hot Amazon warehouse causing problems but once it sits for a while, it goes back to normal. It smells about the same, but I wouldn't buy from Amazon again. I'd go to fragrancenet

If you truly become high value, you no longer have to mimic the action or follow the beliefs of high-value men

Having the courage to not make hitting on girls creepy is all you need.

This is good to know. I'll order from them from now on.

FragranceNet is one of the most reputable grey market sellers in the business. I've never had trouble with them, nor heard of anyone capable of proving that they've sold a fake. This is suspicious since it's exceptionally easy to do so when determining fakes on eBay, for example.

I value your opinion Ekscentra and its a sigh of relief since I just purchased $500 worth from them but this is how I got my info from web

I generally get my information from specialist websites (forums, blogs, or otherwise) familiar with the specifics of each product type. If you take a look at these threads from Basenotes, for example (and there are quite a few of them), you'll see that FragranceNet has an excellent reputation within the fragrance community:

The average consumer won't be aware of reformulations, and reformulations will typically come with a bottle change. A good way to know that a fragrance is fake is if the smell and bottle aren't consistent with current offerings elsewhere, especially from the fragrance house itself, which will typically pnly sell the most recent batch. In fact, this is by far the best way to know for certain that your bottles are genuine.
