Consider anxiety a by-product of some OCD spectrum and potential hormone imbalance.

Also be aware that despite the tiny amounts of steroids in pheromones, they can also interact in ways that introduce more anxiety.

But treat the main thing: your symptom sound very much like diabetes.

Type II, I Training1, and D needs to get checked ASAPO. It's all in THE KNOWING.

I am MORE than a sausage with feet, but you, Miss, since you're sexy, you can treat me as such if you want! ALL NIGHT LONG!! Preved

Its obvious that he only has excessive thirst while he is under VIT D supplement. This is a good sign and lowers the possibility of having Diabetes. Maybe you are reacting to a chemical additive in the pill too while overdosing in general.
Dont know which product you are using but there are a lot and not all of them are good. Switching the product and lowering the dosis while waiting for blood test results should be a good strategy imho.
But dont be too afraid of diabetes if it isnt in your family history and your excessive thirst and symptoms vanish after you stopped the supplement. Sounds more like side effects for me atm.

Yeah fair enough. Assuming no other supplements or dietary changes in play then yeah.... who knows what is in the supplement. Funny aren't most of these supplements like 400IU? Vitamin D is a hormone as I recall.

Case three (in the above paper) was a 40-year old man who presented with excessive thirst, frequent urination, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting, elevated calcium (13.2), elevated creatinine (1.78), vitamin D level of 645 ng/ml, elevated activated vitamin D of 99, mild anemia, and an elevated urine Ca/Cr ratio. He reported taking “Gary Null’s Ultimate Power Meal” for a month, which mistakenly contained 970,000 IU of vitamin D per serving. Calcium returned to normal in several days, kidney function returned to normal in 4 weeks, vitamin D level normalized in 10 months but activated vitamin D took a year to normalize. No permanent injuries occurred, much to the chagrin of the trial lawyers.

The takeaway from these three papers is that if you take more than 10,000 IU/day, you must check your 25(OH)D regularly. I am concerned that people with levels greater than 150 ng/ml may be urinating out more calcium than they should; that is urinating out their bones. A 1988 paper suggested exactly that and I have clinic experience that shows in at least one person, a 24 hour urine calcium was elevated before the urine Ca/Cr ratio was abnormal. To be safe, keep your 25(OH)D vitamin D levels below 100 ng/ml.

Stopped the Vit D for 1.5 days now and all has returned to normal.. No excessive urination... Height increasing... Not feeling sluggish etc... I seriously doubt I have diabetes.. I think people were rushing to conclusions just based on a few side effects.

Dont act blindly, go to a doctor to do a simple checkup + vit d levels. You never know. You ruled out too easily the diabetes case, who told you the symptoms are constant?Or that the very high d levels don't exaggerate them? You had strange symptoms, go check it out, no reason to overthink it or act blindly.

They've done studies you know...60% of the time, it works every time

Odd. Vitamin D is stored in the fat. The levels don't drop immediately. I'm surprised the symptoms abated so quickly.

Thats often the case when you react to an chemical additive in the pill and not to the main active substance.

Interesting article. Good for the heart, especially following a myocardial infarction?
