One thing I did get recently as a sample from TFS is Aqua di Gio Profumo. I read it described on Basenotes as "AdG all grown up". I like it! It has the original's signature notes, but there's just something a touch darker to it that makes it, imho, a bit more appropriate for someone well outside of his 20's to wear without it feeling like a the cologne version of a red convertible and a combover. I am a huge fan of spicy/woodsy scents and so is my bride (and she's picky about scents). BdP is one that she also really likes. I will have to check out Aqua di Gio Profumo. Your description makes it sound too attractive to pass up! Big Grin

I plan on ordering in the next few days because BdP is actually a favorite of mine and I've finally reached a level of maturity where I feel comfortable wearing the scent.

Duuude! No way!
Yes if I sound like an excited schoolboy...

Bois du Portugal is easily my favorite scent. We had talked about you possibly having them recreate this one...now you don't have to. If you get it anytime soon, please let me know how it compares to the bottle.

Bois du Portugal is the one I chose as my favorite when I smelled every male and unisex scent they had at one of the Creed shops in Paris. It is just amazing to me!!!
It is expensive though. Next time I order from TFS I'll try it too, BUT I LOVE the original so much that the cost is actually worth it to me.

Giddy on up!

I completely agree, the original is worth the price. I have my fingers crossed for the TFS version because I've been happy with every Creed recreation I've smelled from them.
