In "The Science Delusion" Sheldrake mentions this 1919 book - "How Animals Talk" in relation to older (and still useful) ideas about animal telepathy:-

Pretty good book I started reading http://www.amazon.com/The-Power-Habit-Wh...903&sr=8-1

Obviously relates very much to Sheldrake's work. I think helpful to understand click-whirr type responses to pheromone behaviour, as well as why and how people adapt to your signature.
