With out mentioning the name of the company, who has actually been very polite and courteous, I tried to return a couple of goods I had purchased internationally from the US. Bottom line, between the shipping and handling to receive the package, the shipping and handling to return the package, and the customs and brokerage fees, I ended up paying for a product I no longer have use of. No offense to any of the vendors who are not from the US, but I will be keeping my business inside the US in the future.

Thats why in my country there is NO return policy
you buy you keep

but seriously.. what did you expected ? this policy's are usually only for the US. other wise its not worth it. only in occasions that you get stuff for more than 500$.
But why did you returned a product anyway? i doubt that you got some scam stuff (because those scam site don't offer a return anyway).
so you probably got something that works.
why dont you share with us the company's name and what products you returned. this forum is not associated with any of the companies take advantage of the "freedom of speech" rule

Honestly I returned the product because it irritated my skin. Something in the fragrance, or the carrier medium caused a reaction. It had nothing to do with the product working or not.

ahh sorry to hear that.. i had the same problem with some fragrance oils.
But i decided to give them to friends because i would end put loosing more money if i return them back to the us :|
