I am male, mid 40s.

I seem to often come across as a nice guy. Often I don't act dominant or protect myself and am pissed off later that I did not speak up etc.
Some of that is that I try to pretend that it does not affect me or I get stunned and cannot react appropriately in the moment.

I have some social anxiety and am not the most talkative

I actually have some primal instinct from 2004 or 2005. Do these things last or do they expire after a certain time. Can I still use it?

As long as you kept your Pheromones out of the heat and in a dark place, like your medicine cabinet or in a drawer they are probably still be OK. Your best bet is to try it out and see if you still see effects.

the other thing is I had serious health problems that resulted in chronic fatigue. Along with huge stresses in personal life, this causes me to be fairly anxious and probably emit a lot of fera hormones.

Two votes for Scent of Eros!!!! Also while you are looking take a look at Certo and Glace from Alpha Dream. Pricey but they have a lot of kick. You may be tempted by their Alfa Maschio product, but I would wait till you've tried Certo first. Alfa Maschio is redundant since you already have Primal.
