Hinge is a new app I recently checked out. It's supposed to be for ppl looking for relationships, but it links with your FB and it seems like the more FB friends that use it the more options you get. I must not have a lot of FB friends who use it because it rarely has options which sucks.

Some tips for all my dudes out there online:

1) Don't put too much info in your profile. It should be an auxiliary way to meet women. Be yourself and be concise

2) Message women you feel you would click with, not that you're simply curious about or want to bang. If you can't easily think up a few interesting sentences to message her with after checking her out, move on.

3) Strike fast. 2-3 messages tops. Establish a little rapport and then try to close on a date. If she isn't with it, I would probably just move on.

I just got back on last night...just to have a little presence or whatever. Dammit, it can be so addicting! Anyway, I end up having a few exchanges with a girl (who by the way, we've talked a few times before but I guess we're pretending?) and get a date for tonight. Girls are notorious flakers online and in real life. Try to set up a date the same day

Guys, I swear I've got online dating down to a science! One guiding principle: Stay gamed up and realize it's a numbers game.

After going on umpteen dates with umpteen women in the last month and a half, I began to see it. This voice came like a revelation: she's just a woman! Not to belittle any woman, just stating the reality. If you go for a kiss and she doesn't reciprocate, oh well! You should either have another date lined up anyway, or realize that you will be able to date another girl in the near future who is also attractive.

Anyways, I got the method for sending great messages. Not too much goes into it, because like I said, it's a numbers game. I would cast a wide net as far as age, like a 10-15 year spread. Let's say you message 10 women a day, if you have time (like me Sad) In a week, that's 70 messages and you will have anywhere from 10-20 interactions. Of those interactions, 4 or 5 can become dates. So that's 4 or 5 dates, potentially, just from online dating. Not to mention what may turn up from social events.

No one is that special, no matter how good she looks or how much you think you're going to connect. She can become special, but until then, its all a numbers game so have fun!

I agree with the advise Nikki mentions. The only thing I could add is that guys need to remember that online dating is about looking the best you can on paper and less is more. So I'd recommend having 3 solid pictures vs 10 mediocre ones and a short witty profile that stands out as unique / interesting.

Girls using online dating is like fishing, cast the line see what bites and if you don't like it throw it back. Guys using online dating is like fishing with dynamite or C4. Throw it in the water (message a metric shit ton of girls) and see what floats to the top (who responds).

I couldn't agree more.

I have an OKC account, and I generally just filter with my match %. I've had moderate success in this. Although some people have called me shallow, I just take a while to find the right ones. As op posted: "Hot, shallow chicks are not attractive" - I couldn't agree more... I would much rather settle with a 7 or 8 that has a brain and I can actually hold an interesting conversation with, as opposed to a straight 10 who thinks the Earth is flat and knows nothing about life besides what bars are good.

My biggest thing though has just been persistence. I have tried and failed, or tried and lost interest with 50 girls for every ONE that I found that I have met, or plan on meeting. And every one of those we're girls I originally didn't take seriously.

it's a mind fuck but at the same time that's what flip the script is all about.

powerful language patterns are used to provoke emotions, plus your "about section" will stand out a lot.

Haha that's too funny. Got an example of what you use? I may try it on tinder.
